Selver Convenience Concept

The Selver convenience concept included the following:

  • the layout of the sales area and the logic behind the placement of convience goods and services
  • The POS (point of sales) area layout
  • interior design solutions

At the heart of the Selver convenience concept is an area which combines convenience goods and services – a place where the customer can quickly and easily find a wide selection of ready-made foods.

The area of convenience purchases is expressed through the sequential layout of fresh coffee, baked goods, ready-made foods, fruit and vegetables. The area is higlighted with a winding ceiling element, which is easily noticeable when entering the store.

The quick and easy self-service check-out also plays an important role in the customer experience.

This particular convenience concept was used in the Sepapaja Selver.
